FAQ
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Please ensure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings →
Notifications → BitPulse. Also verify Low Power mode or Focus modes
are not suppressing alerts.
How do I change or disable alerts?
In the app, toggle any alert on/off. Changes apply immediately.
Does BitPulse track personal data?
BitPulse minimizes data collection. See our Privacy Policy for
details.
Troubleshooting
- Restart the app and device.
- Update BitPulse to the latest version from the App Store.
- Check that your internet connection is stable.
- Re-enable the alert toggle inside the app.
